Kevin Lambert is a dedicated attorney, local business owner, and community advocate seeking to serve the people of Aransas County as their next County Court at Law Judge. With deep local roots, broad legal experience, and a firm commitment to fairness, Kevin brings integrity, accountability, and a passion for public service to the courtroom.

As the founder of the Law Office of Kevin Lambert, PLLC, Kevin has built a reputation in Rockport and across the Gulf Coast for helping individuals and families protect their assets, navigate financial difficulties, and find the freedom to move forward. He is known for his straightforward approach—providing transparent, respectful legal services without cutting corners. He believes in conservation of resources and prioritizes practical, honest solutions that truly serve his clients’ best interests.

In addition to his law practice, Kevin is also the owner of Rockport Abstract & Title Company, a long-standing Rockport business that serves the local real estate and business community with trustworthy and efficient title and closing services. He also recently partnered to co-found Lambert Ross PLLC, expanding his legal work across the Coastal Bend through a collaborative firm rooted in client advocacy and ethical practice.

Kevin was born and raised in Pasadena, Texas, where he grew up playing baseball, working cattle on the family ranch, and spending time outdoors. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he met his wife, Keely. While working as an engineer in Houston, Kevin answered a calling to serve his community more directly—earning his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.

Kevin has experience in a variety of legal areas, including tax law, oil & gas law, bankruptcy law, property law, and estate law. He is a certified mediator and licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in federal court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Aransas County Appraisal District and on the Executive Committee for the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He was honored to be named the 2025 “Best of Rockport-Fulton” General Business Attorney.

When not working, Kevin enjoys time outdoors with his family. A lifelong sportsman, he can often be found along the Gulf Coast with a fishing pole in hand. Through his candidacy for County Court at Law Judge, Kevin aims to serve Aransas County with humility, impartiality, and the same dedication to doing what’s right that has defined both his career and his life.
